You do not need to create an account, and there is no newsletter subscription on this site. Browsing this site requires you to submit nothing.
Your information is used for one purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you place an order — to produce, pack, document and ship it. Drawings and specifications you send are treated as confidential and used only for your own enquiry or order.
This website does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Ordinary server statistics kept by the hosting provider are used to understand which pages are visited so we can improve them.
To fulfil an order, technical details are passed to the production partner that makes the material, and shipping details to the freight forwarder and carrier handling the consignment. Where third-party inspection is arranged at your request, the relevant specification is shared with the inspector. Each receives only what is needed to do its part of the job.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is commercially useful. Order records, quotations and shipping documents are kept for as long as commercial and tax rules require. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are obliged to retain the record.
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. In every case, contact us and we will respond.
